Open door supports the weight of my beagles front paws as i load the dishwasher. Attaching it is easy as well. It's easy to wheel around and get out of the way too.

It's an actual dishwasher compared to the smaller countertop styles. It sits right next to the sink and the hose reaches the faucet. And it fits a good bit if you stack correctly.

My only gripe is that the dish separators are a bit close together. The pre-configured baskets have obvious locations for different types of dishes. It's about the time you regain because you aren't wasting two hours doing dishes by hand all the time....  Read More

Use vinegar for the spot-free rinse and it works great. I use the cheapest powdered detergent, and dishes and utensils come out spotless, even with the shortest cycle.

Second machine works like a charm! Works well otherwise, seemingly. But sometimes not all the way. Update about 2 years later.

Very disappointed in the lack of problem solving and customer service. The unit is extremely heavy and repackaging it nearly impossible without a lift.

One wheel is bent so it drags on the floor when wheeling. I'm renting, and this could easily damage the floor. First beware of buying this if your kitchen has been updated in the last 20 years.
