Pros
Small d-ring cuff fits perfectly in the monitor and is exactly as described in the posting. Fits my 10 year old’s arm comfortably. Saves me the hassle of accommodating an extra long cord.
Easy to swap out with the old one. In my opinion the hose is 6>8 shorter than it should be.
Cuff performs exacly as required on 84 year old female who weighs 90 lbs. I take vitals and regularly monitor my kids health so this is a great purchase.
Cons
D-ring concept is great for getting a good fit, however, this unit leaks and does not hold a steady pressure. I am a smaller woman and the large cuffs give an inaccurate reading. It fits omron bp- 760n but not bp-760, i have both models.

My arm is medium size and the small cuff was too small for even my arm so it was not a good fit
