This thing is built like a tank sits on top of the marantz as if it was made for it.
Once it hits 85, it silently kicks on and drops the temp 1-2 degrees in a matter of seconds.

I have nothing but praise for these fans- they're simple, inexpensive, effective, and reliable.

Packaging/appearance
Mine came in a worn-out original box with some labelling areas peeled away though the machine itself looked brand new and fully functions.
To be honest i took it out of the box and i plugged it in and i didn’t play with any of the settings and i haven’t had any complaints.

The fans are programmable and respond to a temp sensor so that the fans only run as fast as needed to maintain the programmed temperature of the device it sits on

This one has top exiting exhaust but other versions exit to the front or to the rear

The fan is noisy when it kicks on so if you are close to the unit and the room is not big you will definitely hear the fan

The first thing to consider is where your avramp has the most space for the exhaust to be vented

For me i have my avr atop a floorstanding rack with 1334 of empty space above so i opted for the t9 unit
