The shoulder strap is not adjustable. No padded strap. It barely holds a pair of shoes and t-shirt.
Perfect size duffel, but horrible quality. Came in with a board that is not even stiched. I am very discouraged that the dimensions listed online (and on the tag) are incorrect.
