Pros & Cons
Pros
The king air dominates. It’s kinda like you are on a plane. The'storm guard' feature is simply a frame that allows you to mount the fan close to the window. It has 3 speeds for intake and 3 for exhaust.
Fan cools down a 2,800 sq ft house and by morning, it’s at least 10 degrees cooler in my house. Lower cost for our cooling. Costly but much lower than an ac, and much more efficient than 3 ac units. It's even more perfect in winter for a quick change ... Read More
The only downside to this fan (and i don't think it's fair to knock the product for this), it moves so much air that it can be loud. Set on the highest it is quite loud but it does draw in a lot of air. Only drawback is the sound level at level 3 but ... Read More
The king air 9166f has similar specks to the lasko but moves a lot more air with less noise. This fan is powerful, does what it says albeit a bit noisy. The bearings are great, the motor inspires confidence, and the cord is fused.
Comes with rubber gaskets for sides of the fan to slide on but they seem to be a bit smaller than really needed. It is very easy to remove.
Cons
At best, mounting a fan could dampen vibration. This flaw makes the fan vibrate and extremely noisy and dangerous. The drawbacks in terms of annoying noise produced i believe in my case outweigh the positives.
The company that makes it, refuses to stand behind it. My mistake for ordering it. Amazon said they'd have them call me, i am skeptical and frustrated.

Packaging/appearance
The packaging was a little beat up but the fan was in perfect condition
As you can see i have a narrow window so i had to remove the knock outs on the side panels
Actually same size as my old fan from the 7080s
Competitiveness
I use this fan more than my ac unit
And i could hear it loudly buzzing at 50ft away on level 3
