Pros

This guy comes in a flat, rectangle case. Fits right in the pack and slide in right on top of the frame section. Easy to assemble. When packed away it fits perfectly inside the panniers of my bmw 1250 gs adventure motorcycle.

The fabric stretch is just right for a firm, but compliant sleeping surface. It's very comfortable, especially with the optional self-inflating pad.

Cons

Since it ripped right down the seem, i assume there was some weakness there. Would not recommend this product.

I also hurt my hand the first time as one of the metallic leg bounced back as i was applying pressure to put it in place

A quick trip to their website fill out a warranty form sent that in with pictures and in 3 days i had a replacement

Packaging/appearance

They were not dented just slightly scratched on the surface and this was through a heavy duty tarp and tent

Competitiveness

I shopped this cot very closely with the one rei is selling

For comparison the cot is much more comfortable

But after several of the 34best34 ones from rei and the like i tried this cot
