Pros

This is a real 3-person tent which is very comfortable. Will fit two average sized adult males with plenty of room between. I had to buy a duffle bag to store it in.

Poles are aluminum and very sturdy. Structurally, it feels high quality. High quality poles, great stitching.

It isn't too bad if you split up the fly, tent body, poles and stakes between hikers.

Zippers are heavy duty and worked smoothly. Outfitter model has sturdy floor and zippers which will take rough use by the boys. The upgraded zippers and floor are obvious and feel high quality.

Cons

The fabric is tarp-like material and does not ventilate very well. Condensation is another issue. Made in china.

Overall we’re very happy with the purchase and can’t wait to take it on more adventures with the kiddos

And yes i tried rolling it with the tent but then nothing fits in sack

Downside as with most tents do not use the stakes that come with it they are of poor quality
