Pros

It helps with my osteoarthritis and and really helps joints. My orthopedic dr recommends that all his patients take this. My coworker also uses it for knee pain and loves it.

Cons

Ca't use. Returning obviously. The recommended dose on this bottle is only half of the daily recommended dose.

This is perfect easy to swallow and does the trick for healthy joints

Easy to swallow and reasonable amount of capsules per dosage

Now takes a couple months but after giving them 3 tablets each twice a day there is no sign of any problems

I can honestly say that my knees are pain free and that was not the case 20 years ago

Good deal and i like purchasing online

The only problem i had so far is that one of the pill pots came with at least 5 damages pills in the picture you can see some of them

Competitiveness

The combination with msm is great and not easy to find

Recommended dose is only half what other brands recommend so i double the recommended dosage to four capsules a day
