Pros

L-lysine is a constant supplement for me to ward off cold sore.

An easy to * pill & doesn't upset my stomach. One tablet is 1000mg. The capsules are a little large. The serving size matches the amount in each tablet.

Cons

Even in the bottle, they start to decay. Not pleased with it and not returnable.
