Pros

I'm very glad i stocked up on these before the pandemic started. After just a few weeks of using it the cracks had completely healed.

This is my second purchase of this lysine, and the capsule size has changed. The capsule is about a millimeter shorter, but quite a bit fatter. These smooth capsules go down with no problem. Much better than bulky hard to * tablets!

Started taking l-lysine and in a 4 month period only had one cold sore. It helps keep me from having symptoms except when very stressed - then i may have some breakthrough burning.

Cons

The product states'vegetarian friendly', it is not. It has gelatin in it --- an animal byproduct.
