Pros
Selenium to our diet to assist with hypo-thyroidism (me) and diabetes and heart/vascular problems with my husband. Today, my thyroid level is in the normal range. I take 200 mcgs for my hypothyroidism and this helps a lot.
Tablets are prepared correctly with no breakage. They're also solid, which is better than gelatin capsules, which can cause stomach upset. Easy to take.
Cons
The product description fails to disclose the warning written in very tiny white lettering on the bottle. This one contains wheat ingredients. For many people wheat is harmful.
