The raclette heats up very quickly. The removable surface is also really light, heating quite fast. Thin steaks / chicken cut into thin strips for fajitas.
Using the appliance is very easy to use. Easy to clean with soapy water because of non-stick surface. Wooden scrapers are good to preserve the non- stick on the trays.
Cons
Design flaw causes bubbles to form on the surface after 3 uses. Ok, in the bright side, if you want to prepare something for yourself and wife (or gf), it is usable.

As long as the guests like eating cheese and are not lactose intolerant

If your guests are lactose intolerant you may start to hear some strange sounds coming from them and your house will start to smell

I have used different brand before and noticed that this one the max heat is not as much as hot as the last one ive used
