Pretty high quality made of soft and safe tpe material

On the up stroke the top wants to fall over without the rigid center supporting it 😉

The detail is crazy down to the roof of the mouth and the dangly thing in back of the throat

If it had some type of rigid casing it would rival the best strokers out there
