It is durable enough to survive many drops on grass, but likely the internal optics won't survive multiple hard drops on concrete or rocks. The way it feels is awesome with the grip it has. Purchased for use as a pocket-carry telescope when hiking.
It's low tech, analog, and inexpensive but it works.
Cons
It is very difficult to tell accurate yardage. Hard to understand the ranging, there's a flag pole but the numbers appear to be wrong.
