The fingerprint technology seems to work great its worked so far for all of our registered fingerprints and does not work for the ones not registered

Safe arrived locked directions say it will be open and we had to use the emergency key to open it to put the batteries in and get it set up

You have to unscrew the nameplate open it then screw the nameplate back on

Id be willing to bet that those who had trouble programming didnt read the instructions and attempted to program them with the locking pistons in the wrong position

As for opening the safe just make sure you program the print from the same finger multiple times with slightly different placement on the sensor each time

This unit opens with registered fingerprints every single time without fail

I have tested it with unregistered fingerprints and they always fail
