I cant wait to make tofu with the mold that came in the package
So as soon as i remove the lid i scrub it for a few minutes with the included cleaning cloth they call it a clean bar in the manual

Talking about the hardtoclean sticky bottom it happens with any soy milk maker and i wouldnt blame it

I originally purchased organic soybeans from the bulk bin at whole foods but they were pretty old and not very good

The old one involved soaking beans cramming them into a filter that later had to be cleaned and it tasted fine but not like what this machine makes

The only mfg advice would be to have some kind of ready light when its done as there is only a beep and the soymilk function light stays on when it is finished

Meaning if you dont hear the done beeps you dont know that it is finished
