It churns too fast. There is little time between each churn to allow clothes to untangle themselves. Only one towel with a couple socks can be washed at a time.

Since writing the below, i have been contacted by panda. Initially, i was asked to return the machine and pay for the shipping. Lastly, the shipping charge is applicable to you not only when you buy the item but also when you want to return it.
