The inner smaller circular saw was selected to fit inside the thruhull while the outer circular saw was the size of the new thruhull fitting to be installed

I have had situations where i could put a smaller hole saw inside a larger one on the same bit but when you are trying to enlarge for example a 114 to 112 this doesnt work
