This seems to be an issue with all dishwashers to be fair but plastic and glass in particular usually still need manual drying when removed

Comes with 2 year warranty which is reasonable and better than some cheaper makes although registration is required if i interpret the small print correctly

There is an extended warranty available but it is pricey 89 quid to extend to 5 years
