Pros
The holster is very comfortable, if u place the velcro straps correctly. It is a snug fit against your body and it takes a bit getting used to but it does deliver. It's easy to put on and take off, the velcro is very sturdy.
It is well made and positively worth every penny. Pleases this old granny.
Adjustable retention strap appears to be designed for larger guns. Fits all 3 of my sigs and glock very well. Even fits my 4 chiappa rhino.
This is one of the best concealment holsters i've used. Having the ability to position it anywhere allows for easy concealment. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to carry and conceal.
Cons
This is the dumbest thing i've ever seen. Out of the box, this thing is *, gonna get somebody killed. Thing is a snag machine.

The band helps support the weight and has no hard plastic to make it an awkward carry
Most comfortable holster that own carry a g29 holds fire arm bery well holster is very well made
No pair of scrub pants can hold up a gun and holster
I had pretty low expectations for this product but knew a band type holster was my only real option
Price
Highly recommend it even for the price ive had it for about 4 months now with a full size 40 and extra magazine
It may be a tad pricey however
Until then they have no incentive to lower the price
