This support pillow is two seperate pieces that attatch in the back with velcro. A little tip is to place it in the washer with both parts assembled to avoid ruining other textiles.

Cons
The b-safe 35 is very narrow so i only need a headrest for my 8lb baby. This pillow was way too bulky for my son's car seat. Be mindful, car seats used with back padding are not tested for their safety.
It's for early or small babies, not sputnik sized baby noggins. My newborn hates it, it makes the car seat (b-safe 35) extremely extremely snug snd he's only 7 pounds.
