Pros

The cfm is as advertised and has the power to move out the condensation from my bathroom 50 sq. It is a little loud but right at the advertised sones 6.

This fan and the housing is about 8 wide and diameter. Easy to install and moves a lot of air. My only complaint is the grill is warped and does not sit flat against the ceiling.

Bought this unit as a return because it was priced right. I'm absolutely please how dry my bathroom is now. This thing is worth every penny.

Cons

This fan is very noisy. It is also so loud when in use, no one can hear over it.

Weve been out of one for a while so we just jumped in and got it all repaired and the fact that it got here so fast was even a plus

It took a while to get it installed but like one of the reviews stated it works
