Perfect replacement for the 30 year old model it replaced
Little bit of mcgiver moves needed to get it to fit in our old trailer but that is due to outdated trailer not product
But i am giving it 5 stars because for what it is it is a well made product
It was simple seeing as i could use the current housing and just needed to pop the old motor out and replace with the new motor

Installation was fast and easy and price was agreeable
Really only needed the motor with the fan but the price is right on this item
In my pursuit for purchasing the motor i found the prices comparable to this kit and usually more sometimes because of shipping cost
