Pros

Direct replacement for my fax machine. Great little cartridge for the printer/fax we have. Factory stuff is better than generic replacements.

Still a solid performer after many years. Met expectations. Always a learning experience when i install it.

Cons

I keep getting an error message, the lid is open" "what? I can't open the lid! What is the error message?
