This bun works perfectly as a faux croissant! It's hard to find delicious gluten free alternatives, and this one is a good one. Not at all dry like a lot of other gluten restaurants buns.

They do sometimes arrive with some mold but when they arrive in good shape they last ok if kept frozen

Once you open the package you must keep in the fridge and eat within a few days or they will dry out
