Update 11222017 customer service reached out to me and helped me get more adhesive style magnets to use with my phone case

Also the mount itself seems to loosen itself from my car vent with regular use so i have to constantly reseat it so my phone doesnt fall over while the car is in motion

It is a little bit more bulky but this can be an advantage as it doesnt block the air vent as much as the flush mounted versions do when the phone is in place since it sits an inch or so in front of the vent instead of directly up against it
