Pros

Celery seed extract is a natural diuretic and helps lower blood pressure. Arjuna strengthens the heart muscle by pushing in calcium ions into the heart muscle itself. Only thing about holistic path is it can take a while to get fully resolved.

One capsule a day works for me. The taste is something to get use to. I take them with applesauce to make sure they go down. Take 1 capsule 3 times a day to make it last longer.

This supplement works great for inflammation! Recommended by my naturopathic dr. I have severe arthritis of my right foot, have had 4 cortisone shots the last one didn't work.
