Pros

The light, foamy texture adds a refreshing touch that other cleansers haven't been able to match. The cleanser is clear. Just one drop makes quite a bit of foam.

This cleanser lives up to their reputation, being gentle, fragrance-free while not clogging pores. I have oily skin and this helps my face feel clean and moisturized at the same time.

This cleanser's gentle formula is a total game-changer. The pump dispenser is a extremely useful.

I have sensitive skin, and it hasn't irritated me. My skin is very sensitive to chemicals but this works flawlessly! I have very sensitive skin and this stuff doesn’t burn at all!

Cons

This cleanser does not clean my skin very well. I get oily faster through the day with this cleanser so it doesn't control my oils well. Now my skin is full of acne and permanent dark spots 6 months later. It is not paraben free.

The bottle was completely scuffed, black. It just dispenses a thick, clear liquid. It smells like it is out of date.
