I live in wisconsin and have not even used it 2 summers and the bottom part of the hinge in back popped right out of the vase of the grill

The bottom sockets literally popped out the hinge itself is still attached and in one piece

Contacted char and they told me to buy a new hinge pics sent to show hinge not broken but it detached from base you cannot simply pop them in or screw them back in or anything due to the dual wall insulation
