If your system stops responding to button presses or the screen starts going haywire, i recommend you unplug the thing, pop off the rubber feet to get to the screws, and take it apart to blow it out with compressed air. Very dissatisfied with product.... Read More

If you forget like my mama brain to dump the water from the resivoir after use or you leave the canisters on and the water drips back down onto the resivoir there gets to be a filmy stainlayer on the metal part of the resivoir and if doesnt remove easily with cleaning

I do however already have some hard mineral buildup on the heating plate so i would recommend using distilled water if you can

Also it’s just ever so slightly too short to put 8 oz dr browns bottles in this the top rack rests on the bottles

But you can finagle the bottles a little to make it work at least with 4 at the corners i never tried more
