I feel like all in all this cover is durable but i’ve seen some more heavy duty covers. Quality seems pretty good not cheaply made. But judging from the quality of materials i see here i'm optimistic that it's up to the task.

Fits my 2003 jayco qwest like a glove. The sea pine has an 11' box with roof a/c. The 10-12 ft cover fit perfectly on our 13ft (spare tire to front) pop-up with ac unit.
Cons
The paper towel top disintegrates like toilet paper down the drain. Material is worthless after a good solid rain. Do any of you remember the paper towel commercial of the quicker picker upper?
Have tried to get support. The website says error. I hope that they will resolve this for us! Not so.

Its a nice cover for the price but expect to replace it every couple of years as it starts to fall apart from age and exposure
