They are not. Not a robust product in my view. This says that the tape will not destroy the paint on my wall but it did.

However my bad in that i thought i was ordering the command strips which were ahhesive on both sides instead of velcro on one side

Havent used on pictures because i use metal hooks with a nail but i dont doubt they would work

No need for holes in your walls and the strips are easily removed

You do have to be sure that you order the correct weight as if your item is too heavy it may not hold
