Pros

Contigo is my favorite brand of hot beverage cups. Keeps coffee hot for 4 hours, but it continues to stay warm several hours. I’m home now at noon and it’s still hot! I love that this cup actually keeps my hot beverages hot for hrs.

It's rough, almost sharp. But overall it’s not that bad. Color is pretty and exactly as pictured. Don't forget to use the smile.

Cons

When unscrewing the cap the mouth insert comes off the main body. It seams you can make the cap ins. The mouthpiece often unscrew with the cap.

The product is not leak proof. The bottom is easily scratched also. This flaw makes using the bottle a nuisance.

The lid ring becomes dislodged and begins to slide around the neck of the bottle

I wish the lid screwed directly into the bottle without that piece but it does not fit
