Pros

The build quality of the keyboard is excellent. If you are looking for a keyboard that was built for functionality as well as performance this is it. Still enjoying full rgb functionality on all keys.

The keys have a nice, tactile feel and the response time is excellent. The cable is coaxial and long (so would be difficult to tear quickly or easily) the macro keys are my best friend!

Rgb backlighting is a nice touch, allowing me to easily see the keys in low light conditions. Setup is so simple and illumination(rgb) is great.

Cons

Corsair k55 gaming keyboard has some serious issues. The default firmware fails to detect the keyboard. The icue software that corsair uses is borderline malware.

It says soft touch wrist pad yet it's a hard plastic wrist pad. Lighting is bright around the keys and the keycaps themselves are so poorly lit that it prevents you from seeing the key itself.

Big problem is the placement of the macro keys. Recording a g key using the mr function on the keyboard will playback catastrophically. Rgb customization options are a little limited, and the macro functionality are ok.

I would recommend this keyboard highly especially for the cost it is great

Overall great piece for the cost and i would recommend it

However for the price it isnt bad

For the money this key board was a good buy and it works well

Competitiveness

I bought the used one and honestly its waayyy better than any chinese gimmicky rgb technical keyboards

After tons of money spent i came to the conclusion that mechanical keyboards arent actually better they are just different
