I just received this item yesterday purchased from a warehouse club amazon is not the seller either on amazons website as of the time i write this

Barring a product that is poorly made and designed this freezer does not appear to suffer from this problem failure from lack of cooling is usually going to be due to either damage before delivery or electronics failure in the case of an electronic temperature controller

This freezer has a manual temperature controller which should eliminate most cases of electronics failure

One corner was damaged before it was packaged and i had to extend the leg on that side to the fullest and screw the other side in as far as it would go
