I had a problem where it wouldnt turn onoff so i contacted doss and i told then what was wrong and they sent me a new speaker

The one con i have found is that the speaker will only automatically connect to your device when you turn it on but once its on you either need to select it on your devices bluetooth settings or turn the speaker off and back on and when i wanted to switch from my ipad to my phone i needed to disconnect the ipad before the phone would connect
