For a full cup i use one level tablespoon of coffee and run it through the machine twice the first at the 7 bar setting and the second at the 6th bar

Using these is not quite as convenient as i had hoped when i purchased the dulce gusto machine as the reusable pods have to be washed

Works perfect i tryit with regular coffe the machine has to be set up on level 3 of water in order to taste good

Of note as others have mentioned the large hole which you should center in the front as you slide it into the machine to align with the needle is already there but there is no small hole opposite it to allow steam to escape
