Pros

The box is bulky, but way easier to move the mattress in the box. It seems to have something to do with the foam layer compressing over time.

This mattress is fantastic! And this does the trick! Eco terra latex mattress is the one i have been looking for. Easy shipping and handling.

The bed is comfortable, the foam topper and mattress pad we added offers a bit of softness. The mattress is indeed very comfortable, it totally justifies the price.

Cons

You have to try and cram it back in the box either way. What horrible resolution,condescending attitude, as well as flippant excuses. Also dont warranty if you have an adjustable base even though i asked them before i purchased.

One normal size adult sleeping on a king. This mattress is so hard that my shoulder doesn't even sink down. My husband who weighs 170lbs and me who weighs 115lbs shouldn't have this problem.
