My only recommendation is try not to use abrasive utensils like forks while you cook they may damage the bottom of the pan

Aside from daily use where the coating on this pan is still in like new condition mine sees 350 degrees in the oven every sunday when i cook my 3 irish setters a 5 egg frittata as part of their sunday breakfast
