I thought the handle was going to be all metal like the old one im replacing after 3 years my family is not easy on pans then i was worried when i saw it was rubber its not

Do not use cooking spray to cook in it as it will burn to the bottom of the pan and you wont be able to get it off

I looked at other similar 10 pans but purchased the farberware because i didnt see anything that matched the price and features

The tephlon pan is darker not sure why

Also a note on durability the coating started flaking off the edges of my vollrath pan within just a couple months of purchase
