Pros

These things are durable. They're nice and heavy, which i like.

New set of stainless steel pots and pans. Pans and lids are in and out of the oven without issue.

This is a awesome compromise as it retains and distributes heat very well. It heats quickly and evenly. Heat distribution is very even (except on the one wonky burner on our stove - and that's our fault).

Cons

After 3 gentle uses and handwashings, the finish inside the stock pot appears to be wearing off. The pots flare out at the top and farberware is giving measurements from the top of the pan.

The handles are too heavy for the pan. If you are cooking for longer than 20-25 minutes, the handles get progressively hot. They are so hot that a hot pad must be used or burns will occur.
