Pros
They change easily and look good. Does not irritate ear or poke behind the ear.
For the price, these are awesome! Bought 8mm, probablywould have been equally happy with 6mm, but nothing smaller. I always like the little cloth bags that stuff like this comes in. They look like gauges and are a nice size.
Cons
The stems of the studs are painted black, they are not black steel. As soon as you use the stem, the paint comes off and you have bare metal. The ones i got are micro.
