Plastic one makes me very comfortable to wash without worrying about ruining it. It's definitely more convenient than using hangers.
This looks nice, works well, and collapses for storage. Need to find a smaller diameter, but it works for now.
It takes a few minutes to get the legs splayed and in position.
Cons
The recipe calls for 2 cups of flour and 5 room temp eggs. The dough comes out to thick or thin so after messing around with this for 10 minutes i decided to run it through the spaghetti setting.

One down draw is that it is difficult to use a normal rolling pin to seal them on the raised metal tray
