Pros

Whisk 2-3 eggs vigorously until frothy. Spray pan with cooking spray. Even though its non-stick i spray a very light bit of pam that makes the eggs slide out really easy.

Cons

This pan is worthless. Oiled the pan, always sticks. On a regular kitchen gas stove on medium, this pan is not non-stick.

Very disappointed. I had hoped this would be at least a decent alternative, it's not. Don't waste your money.

Leaked contents on flipping. When you flip it, the pam drips out and the omelet does lay flat.

Taiwan garbage. Can't find anywhere to contact seller. Where is the manufacture’s warranty?
