Pros

Time defrost or weight defrost - both have these dual features but you access it differently. The heating is very even with the help of a carousel and very square heating chamber. It heats precisely and reheats to perfection.

The price is a great bargain. The quality seems to be comparable so far. This one is better than some of its competitors such as oster's product.

One complaint is that the button pad takes just a little more push to activate * than on my previous microwave. I wish the black panel of numbers was easier to see. I know i am going to put little stickers on the most common * (30 sec plus button) to ... Read More

Frigidaire door release is quite smoothe and considerably quieter. Overall frididaire is much louder, but very stuccato and quick.

Cons

Despite being under warranty, they refuse to ship me a new one because they can't find a local dealer who will deliver it to me. You can only buy an extra 2 years of warranty after purchase.
