Pros

It works well for me and aids in great detox and cleansing of my liver. This gives your body a chance to absorb, utilize, and get used to having it's systems efficiently cleansed.

I am a sound sleeper to begin with, but have trouble waking and this reduces grogginess in the mornings and clears up my skin. The only problem is that if i take it too often, it gives me wicked insomnia.

Cons

There are psychoactive effects that are not good. Gave me nightmares. Truly regret taking these.
