This is a multi- component v-cap with herbs that help benign prostate problems. Saw palmetto certainly, for me, resolves my immediate prostate concerns. Good combination of ingredients. Oneingredient can be an effective product.

After going to the chiropractor the sacral or lumbar area that was affected was indicated in chinese medicine as having to do with the prostate
