However at no point during quitting smoking did i ever not want to smoke i would always have to whip myself whenever i had a craving
Since taking rhodiola i havent had a craving and even the thought of smoking makes me feel a bit sick
It hasnt helped my energy as much but then again i have missed a few doses and you are supposed to take between meals which can be hard sometimes when busy
I have ordered my second bottle and will continue to take this magic root
