Pros

The liquid gel caps digest easily and get to work. You can smell the liquid extract is fresher than powder, and this is made from the flowers, not the whole plant. This herb people using centuries.

John's wort helps increase the bodies seratonin levels. John's wart helps delay * in men.

Has changed everything. Helps to not become overwhelmed or panicky and makes even small things interesting and fun. It has helped with the severity of my symptoms, so i'm very pleased. It's good enough that i was able to reduce my dose of lamictal.

Cons

I'm not sure if an ingredient has changed as i never had an issue before. I really wish it worked- just made me depressed as heck! I am hopeful they will allow me to return the unopened bottle so i can try a different brand.

Update i tried another brand that was cheaper but highly rated made by health’s harmony there is no comparison
