If i am being very active i find looping the wire over my ear before putting the bud in my ear will keep the line from tugging on the bud and pulling it out

The inear design helps them stay in place the sound isolating properties are only modest in loud environments the sound quality of the ear phones was good the microphone quality of also good in quiet environments
